days had intended to visit the village of Salanova, this past Sunday in addition to my visit to Suerri I also had time to approach there. This place was inhabited until the mid-sixties and had three houses, enumerated 19 inhabitants in 1900 and still 7 in decade in which it was deserted. The larger home is rented house, possibly built XVII Century , remains well outside but like all, ruined the inside. In the center of this town call attention to two large oaks of considerable dimensions . 100 meters from the core (near road) is the Romanesque hermitage of San Macario (photo 4), is a beautiful building early thirteenth century . Salanova is located in the A-1605, two miles toward Lascuarre Isabena Roda, 150 meters from the road.
