inhabited or occupied or rather, the fact is that Sieso Jaca since June 2005 is not a ghost town about 15 "residents" are dealing gradually revive. They have raised some new construction (photo 5), some of them based on old houses, it is certainly curious to observe, others live in caravans in the middle of the ruins of the old houses. There are trash cans on street corners, wheelbarrows, bottles butane at the doors of the houses inhabited, some working fireplace ... there is life on Sieso after many years of neglect. Sieso had eight houses and 70 inhabitants, and a parish church (San Miguel) is Romanesque but modified in the eighteenth century . The saddest part of the visit was to provide that the bell tower of the church no longer exists, as we commented in the same Sieso collapsed a few months before our visit (photos 2 and 3), a shame, we arrived late. The photograph 1 was kindly provided by Antonio Garcia Omedes ( http://www.romanicoaragones.com/ ) is 2001 and unfortunately it is an image that will never be able to see, the tower no longer was. To reach Sieso of Jaca, take the coastal road between Caldearenas to Javierrelatre and a kilometer before this village turn right signposted by a two-mile track to be possible we do with terrain and avoid rainy season.
